Anger Management Program

In practice since 1983, experienced in blending the self-control, discipline and personal growth of traditional martial arts, psychology, psychotherapy, and hypnosis.

Based on a Cognitive-Behavioral/Psychodynamic approach, using a self-published anger management book used by over 5000 anger management clients over the last 28 years.

Using the ancient warrior philosophies of traditional martial arts, combined with modern psychological theory, the psycho-educational and therapeutic components create an effective alternative to emotional dysregulation. My experience with the design and implementation of Anger Management Programs has led to the expertise needed to make a impact in the anger management field.

The complex anger management issues faced by individuals and couples require insight, timing and commitment to reach the depths needed to effect permanent change.

The result will be to achieve a deep level of fundamental change, emotional awareness, and powerful emotional regulation skills.

The Korean Symbol, “Do” symbolizes “way”, written as “Tao” in Chinese. Do signifies a disciplined path to truth and perfection of the human condition. Since perfection is an unattainable goal, it is the quality of the journey upon which “Do” focuses. In essence, it enables us to stay in the “now”, with all our senses and awareness to achievement of greater maturity and safety in the world in which we live.
